Plan and usage
Use the plan/credit indicator in the application header to open Plan and usage when available. The page shows your account’s current terms rather than a fixed quota copied into this guide. Customer administrators manage financial commands where enabled; other users may have consultation only.
Read the current period
Section titled “Read the current period”Review the plan, period dates, included allowance, used/reserved amounts and current capacity. A reservation is not the same as finalized consumption. Runs and Toolbox use can both contribute to the applicable usage model, even though opening Toolbox creates no ordinary Session.
Read units as displayed. A duration-based balance must not be renamed as a generic resource-credit balance. Resource measurements retain their unit and tariff version where offered. Current prices and plans are on the pricing page; account terms may be pinned to their accepted version.
Funding and spending limits
Section titled “Funding and spending limits”Purchased EUR credit and extra-spending authorization are separate:
- Available purchased funds can carry over between periods under the displayed terms.
- A spending authorization is a total ceiling for its original period, not an amount to add to the wallet.
- Buying credit does not increase that independent ceiling.
- Increasing the ceiling does not purchase credit or restart stopped work.
Use Edit spending limit only when authorized, review the original period and confirm the intended total. The authorization does not renew automatically. If the response is uncertain, review the pending original request rather than creating another authorization.
Payment method, plan change and credit purchase
Section titled “Payment method, plan change and credit purchase”The page offers only capabilities enabled for the current account. Review a quote before a plan change. Follow the explicit secure-checkout command when offered, then return and use Check status for the same financial operation.
Saving a payment method, returning from checkout or creating a mandate is not payment confirmation. The current plan/credit remains authoritative until the operation confirms its result. A pending or review-needed operation should be reconciled rather than purchased again.
If the screen says Test payments only or payments are unavailable, do not treat the journey as live payment activation. Freemium credit purchases can require an eligible paid plan first. A selected signup plan does not grant paid rights by itself.
History
Section titled “History”Use the available history tabs to distinguish usage periods, resource measurements, invoices and payment-method metadata. Usage/spending rows are not invoices. Open an invoice link deliberately when needed; history consultation does not itself charge the account.
If a change is refused because of current usage, allocations, members or storage, review the refusal and existing scope before requesting a different plan. Do not reduce a displayed number locally or assume a rejected payment changed your rights.
