Give repetitive work to a Robot.

Set up the steps for a task you repeat, from filling forms to collecting data. Test your scenario, then run it again when you need it.

Build and test a scenario before scheduling it.

Build with the Toolbox

Test each action as you build.

Keep the scenario, application display, logs and values in view while you work. Try a change before putting the whole Job on a schedule.

Explore the Toolbox
  1. Play just the part you need

Play an action, a block or one loop iteration. Inspect the values before moving on.

  2. Pick the element on the page

Inspect an element to get a selector proposal. Preview the matches before using it in an action.

  3. Keep a working draft

Edit and test your scenario, then save when you are ready. Undo and Redo help you recover an earlier edit.

  4. Use managed secrets

Pass a managed secret as a parameter instead of putting its value in the scenario.

Toolbox in action

Select the fields. Collect 100 products.

Books to Scrape recording with English narration. Setup condensed; run shown at actual speed. The table shows recent collection previews.

Read the walkthrough
  1. Start with a Products Container and four named fields. Inspect one product card and adopt the suggested selector for the twenty cards on the page.
  2. Click the title, price, availability and product link in the Browser. Adopt the suggested selectors, already relative to each product card. Use the link properties for the full title and URL.
  3. Limit the collection to one product and play the block. Check the collected values before running the whole scenario.
  4. Set the collection limit to twenty and select the Next link. A do/while capped at five pages reuses the same collection, with four navigation clicks.
  5. Run the scenario and watch the previews arrive. This recording received one hundred distinct products. The table keeps recent previews; the CSV contains all one hundred captured rows.

Structured collection

Collect rows you can work with.

Give your data named fields: a product, a price, a stock status. Preview the collection in Toolbox, then run a Session to save the records.

  • Choose field types, record keys and history.
  • Filter and inspect saved records in Data.
  • Export results as CSV, JSON or Excel.

Make it repeatable

Reuse a Job with different inputs.

Use parameters for the values that change: a search term, a page address or an item list. Reuse the same scenario instead of maintaining a copy for every case.

Check current workflow availability

Before you start

Do I need to write code?

You can build supported scenarios with an action tree and parameter forms. The JSON source view is also available when you want to edit the scenario directly.

Can I test before scheduling a Job?

Yes. Use Toolbox to play the current scenario or a selected action block, inspect the results and make changes. Save the Job before launching an ordinary Session.

Can I use the collected data elsewhere?

You can browse and filter saved records, then export them as CSV, JSON or Excel using the available export options.

Where should I begin?

Choose one small, repeatable task. The first-Job guide walks through opening a page, reading its title and checking the result.
