Your allowance is cumulative compute time shared by Runs and Toolbox. Time counts from Robot readiness until completion or accepted Stop, including pauses and waiting. Preparation and cleanup are excluded.
Parallel activity adds up. An idle, ready Toolbox also uses time, even though its per-user capacity is separate from concurrent Run slots.
Your allowance renews monthly from your signup date.
Included time is used first. Paid extra usage requires an explicit budget for the current usage period, in addition to the subscription. This authorization does not renew for later periods.
When no included time or authorized paid usage remains, active Runs and Toolboxes stop and new starts are blocked. Saved data and editor drafts are kept.
